How to use WikiPlan
WikiPlan turns your Outline wiki into a review-and-plan tool — no separate database. A Plan Home collection stores your config, plans and actions. Sets are planning contexts (which collections you plan against); Workflows are reusable review processes you can link to many Sets; and Next Actions are aggregated automatically from the # Action Items tables already in your meeting docs.
1. Weekly exec review
- Create a set “Exec Review” over your Exec + Go-to-Market collections.
- The scan flags the dated Strategy / Operations meeting series (★) — confirm them.
- Attach an “Exec Weekly Review” workflow, then hit Review week to see aggregated action items and draft next week’s plan.
2. Track one-on-ones
- Make a set over your per-person 1:1 collections.
- Open Actions to pull every “# Action Items” row across all those docs into one list.
- Sync to canonical doc to keep a single, curated Next Actions page in Plan Home.
3. Spin up a new context
- Click + New set and pick any collections you want to plan against.
- Tick the recommended dated series (or any folder) as relevant docs.
- Reuse an existing workflow by linking it, or create a fresh one under Workflows.
